1. OUR SERVICES
The information and functionality provided through Okayesh Services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be unlawful or subject us to registration requirements within that jurisdiction. Users who choose to access the Services from other locations do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for complying with local laws, to the extent those laws apply.
Our Services are designed for general use and are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (such as those governing healthcare, financial institutions, or government data security). If your use of the Services would require compliance with such sector-specific regulations, you may not use Okayesh for those purposes.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Okayesh is the owner or authorized licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained within (the “Marks”).
The Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws around the world.
The Content and Marks are provided through the Services “AS IS” for your personal and non-commercial use only, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Okayesh.
Your Use of Our Services
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the “Prohibited Activities” section below, Okayesh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Services and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content you have proper access to, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Except as expressly permitted in these Legal Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services, Content, or Marks for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks. Any breach of these intellectual property rights will be considered a material breach of these Legal Terms, and your right to use the Services will terminate immediately.
Your Submissions
Before posting or submitting any material through Okayesh, please carefully review this section and the “Prohibited Activities” section to understand your responsibilities.
By submitting to us any questions, comments, suggestions, feedback, ideas, or other materials relating to the Services (collectively, “Submissions”), you agree to grant Okayesh a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such Submissions for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
When posting or submitting Submissions through Okayesh, you agree and represent that:
You have the necessary rights, licenses, or authority to provide the Submission.
Your Submissions are original to you, and you retain all moral and intellectual property rights except those you license to Okayesh.
Your Submissions are not confidential.
You will not submit any content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, misleading, or otherwise prohibited under the “Prohibited Activities” section.
You are solely responsible for your Submissions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Okayesh from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from (a) your breach of this section, (b) any violation of a third party’s intellectual property rights, or (c) violation of applicable law.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using Okayesh Services, you confirm that all information you provide during registration will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep this information updated as necessary. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms, that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), and that your use of the Services will be lawful and compliant with all applicable regulations. You agree not to access the Services through automated or non-human means such as bots or scripts, and not to use the Services for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose. If any information you provide is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Okayesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future access to the Services.
4. USER REGISTRATION
To access certain features of Okayesh, you may be required to create an account. You agree to keep your login credentials (including your password) secure and confidential, and you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Okayesh reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, reclaim, or change any username that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
5. SERVICES
We make every effort to describe and present the features, specifications, and details of the services offered through Okayesh as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions of services will be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, or free of errors. The availability of services may change from time to time, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.
6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and payment information for all purchases made through Okayesh. You must promptly update your account and payment details, including email address, billing information, and payment method, so that transactions can be processed smoothly and we can contact you if necessary.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase, along with any applicable service fees. You authorize Okayesh to charge your selected payment provider for these amounts when you place an order.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, even after payment has been requested or received. We also reserve the right to refuse or limit any transaction that, in our sole discretion, appears suspicious, unauthorized, or associated with reselling or fraudulent activity.
7. RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY
Please review our Return Policy (available on the Services) before making any purchase. That policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for submitting a request.
8. SOFTWARE
From time to time, we may provide software in connection with Okayesh Services. If the software is accompanied by an End User License Agreement (“EULA”), the EULA will govern your use of that software. If no EULA is provided, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable license to use such software solely for the purpose of accessing and using Okayesh Services in accordance with these Legal Terms.
All software and related documentation are provided “AS IS” without any warranty, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You accept all risks associated with the use and performance of any such software. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the software except as expressly permitted by these Legal Terms or applicable law.
9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use Okayesh Services for any purpose other than those for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information when registering or using the Services.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features of the Services.
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, malware, spam, or harmful code.
Harassing, abusing, intimidating, or threatening other users or Okayesh staff.
Using automated systems, such as bots, scrapers, or data mining tools, without authorization.
Impersonating another user, person, or entity.
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise tampering with the Services’ software.
Collecting user data, email addresses, or other information without consent.
Misusing support services or submitting false reports of abuse or misconduct.
Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Using the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes, including resale or competing platforms.
Any violation of these prohibitions may result in suspension or termination of your account and may subject you to legal liability.
10. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
Okayesh may allow you to create, submit, post, display, transmit, publish, or distribute content and materials through the Services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, graphics, comments, suggestions, or other materials (collectively, “Contributions”). Contributions may be visible to other users of the Services and, in some cases, through third-party platforms.
By submitting Contributions, you represent and warrant that:
Your Contributions do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights.
You are the creator and owner of your Contributions, or you hold the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Okayesh and other users to use them as intended.
You have obtained all required written permissions or releases from identifiable individuals featured in your Contributions.
Your Contributions are truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
Your Contributions are not unauthorized advertising, promotional content, pyramid schemes, spam, or other forms of solicitation.
Your Contributions are not obscene, offensive, defamatory, harassing, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by Okayesh.
Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, intimidate, or abuse others.
Your Contributions do not harass or threaten others and do not promote violence against any person or group.
Your Contributions do not violate the privacy, publicity, or data protection rights of any third party.
Your Contributions do not include or promote material harmful to minors, including any content related to child exploitation.
Your Contributions do not include offensive comments based on race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
Your Contributions do not violate these Legal Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
Any violation of these requirements constitutes a breach of these Legal Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your right to use the Services.
11. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By submitting Contributions through Okayesh Services, you agree that we may access, store, process, and use such Contributions in accordance with these Legal Terms and our Privacy Policy. Suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide regarding the Services may be used by Okayesh for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you.
We do not claim ownership of your Contributions. You retain all rights to your content and any associated intellectual property. However, by making Contributions available, you grant Okayesh a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute those Contributions in connection with the operation and improvement of the Services. You remain solely responsible for your Contributions and agree to hold Okayesh harmless from any liability arising from your content.
12. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
Okayesh Services may contain links to third-party websites or display third-party content such as text, images, videos, software, or applications (“Third-Party Content”). These third-party sites and content are not owned, controlled, or verified by Okayesh. We are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, reliability, or practices.
Accessing third-party websites or using third-party content is at your own risk. Once you leave Okayesh, these Legal Terms no longer apply, and you should carefully review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with. Any purchases made through third-party websites are strictly between you and that provider, and Okayesh assumes no responsibility for such transactions.
13. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
Okayesh reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms. We may take appropriate action, including reporting violations to law enforcement, restricting or disabling access, removing content, or suspending accounts. We may also manage the Services to ensure proper operation, protect our rights and property, and maintain system stability, which may include limiting excessive or disruptive use of resources.
14. PRIVACY POLICY
We care deeply about data privacy and security. By using Okayesh, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms.
Please note that our Services may be hosted in jurisdictions different from where you are located. By continuing to use Okayesh, you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under the age of 18, nor do we knowingly market to minors. If we learn that personal data has been collected from someone under this age without appropriate parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
15. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use Okayesh Services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to deny access to or terminate your use of the Services (including blocking specific IP addresses) if you breach these Legal Terms, any applicable law, or for any other reason. We may also delete your account and any related content at any time without warning.
If your account is terminated or suspended, you are prohibited from creating a new account under your own name, a different name, or on behalf of a third party. We also reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, or injunctive remedies, where applicable.
16. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice. While we strive to keep the Services available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
You agree that Okayesh will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during periods of unavailability. Nothing in these Legal Terms obligates us to maintain, update, or release corrections or improvements to the Services.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Okayesh irrevocably agree that the courts of London, United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with these Legal Terms.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations
Before pursuing formal proceedings, the Parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim (“Dispute”) informally for at least 30 days after written notice has been given.
Binding Arbitration
Any Dispute not resolved through informal negotiations shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) in accordance with its Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The seat or legal place of arbitration shall be Brussels, Belgium. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law of these Legal Terms shall be the substantive law of England and Wales.
Restrictions
The Parties agree that arbitration will be limited to the Dispute between them individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) arbitration will not be joined with any other proceeding; (b) no Dispute will proceed as a class action; and (c) no Dispute may be brought in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
Exceptions
The Parties agree that the following types of Disputes are excluded from arbitration: (a) disputes to enforce or protect intellectual property rights; (b) disputes related to theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) claims for injunctive relief. If any provision of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the excluded disputes shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction as specified under Governing Law.
19. CORRECTIONS
The Services may contain information with typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including but not limited to service descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update or change the information on the Services at any time without prior notice.
20. DISCLAIMER
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Your use of Okayesh is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Services’ content or the content of any third-party websites or platforms linked to the Services. Okayesh assumes no liability for: (1) errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content or materials; (2) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of the Services; (3) unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers or stored data; (4) interruptions, delays, or failures of transmission; (5) bugs, viruses, or other harmful code introduced by third parties; or (6) losses or damages of any kind resulting from the use of content transmitted through the Services.
We do not warrant, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party products or services advertised or offered through the Services, linked websites, or applications. Any transaction between you and a third party is solely your responsibility, and you should exercise caution and good judgment when engaging with third-party providers.
21. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Okayesh nor its directors, employees, or agents will be liable to you or any third party for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, our total liability to you for any claim, regardless of form, will always be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Okayesh in the six (6) months prior to the claim; or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. If these laws apply to you, some of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Okayesh, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, partners, and agents from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising from: (1) your use of the Services; (2) your breach of these Legal Terms; (3) your breach of any representation or warranty in these Legal Terms; (4) your violation of a third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights; or (5) any harmful act by you toward another user of the Services.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control over any matter subject to indemnification at your expense, and you agree to cooperate fully with our defense. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
23. USER DATA
Okayesh may maintain certain data transmitted through the Services for operational purposes and service performance. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit or related to your activities on the Services.
We assume no liability for any loss or corruption of such data, and you waive any claims against us arising from data loss or corruption.
24. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
By visiting Okayesh Services, sending us emails, or completing online forms, you agree to engage in electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from us and acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically—whether by email or through the Services—satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You further agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and records, and to the electronic delivery of notices, policies, and transaction records initiated or completed by Okayesh or via the Services. You waive any rights or requirements under applicable laws that require original signatures, non-electronic records, or non-electronic methods of payment or credit.
25. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by Okayesh on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Okayesh. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Legal Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations at any time. We are not responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If any provision of these Legal Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and Okayesh by your use of the Services. These Legal Terms shall not be construed against Okayesh by virtue of having drafted them. You waive any defense based on the electronic form of these Legal Terms and the lack of signatures by the parties to execute them.
