Once you have received your RMA number:
Place the item securely in its original packaging.
Include your proof of purchase and the RMA number.
Ship the return package to the address provided by our support team.
Return shipping fees will be covered or reimbursed by us when applicable.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account
Refunds or returns are only applicable if:
The product or service delivered is materially different from what was described or shown on our website.
The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery/completion of service.
Clear and sufficient evidence of the discrepancy is provided.
